Bharti Airtel Ltd rose 2.32% today to trade at Rs 724. The S&P BSE Telecom index is up 1.28% to quote at 1680.98. The index is down 9.36 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd increased 2.29% and Reliance Communications Ltd added 1.77% on the day. The S&P BSE Telecom index went up 25.31 % over last one year compared to the 8.88% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
Bharti Airtel Ltd has lost 0.79% over last one month compared to 9.36% fall in S&P BSE Telecom index and 4.4% drop in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 56399 shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 3.4 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 781.9 on 24 Nov 2021. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 509.15 on 18 Jun 2021.
